How do I book a session?
To get in touch, please complete the form on the 'contact' section of this website to enquire about booking a session. Please include your contact number and check your spam email if you haven't heard from me within 48 hours. Once you have made contact, I can arrange a brief call with you if you have any questions and we can arrange your first session.

How many sessions will I need and how often?
All clients are different, so it is difficult to estimate how many sessions you need. We will have an initial assessment where I can advise on the amount of sessions, but we can work together flexibly.

How long is each session?
Each session is for 60 minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment is required at the end of each session via bank transfer. You will be sent an invoice following your session, which must be paid within 24 hours.
What happens if I cancel or miss an appointment?
In the case of a missed appointment, full payment will be charged. For appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, full payment will be charged.
