Please include your contact number and check your spam email if you haven't heard from me within 48 hours.  Once you have made contact, I can arrange a brief call with you if you have any questions and we can arrange your first session.

All clients are different, so it is difficult to estimate how many sessions you need. We will have an initial assessment where I can advise on the amount of sessions, but we can work together flexibly.

Each session is for 60 minutes.

Payment is required at the end of each session via bank transfer.  You will be sent an invoice following your session, which must be paid within 24 hours.

In the case of a missed appointment, full payment will be charged. For appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, full payment will be charged.
