What to expect from therapy

Once you have made contact I can give you a brief call  to answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to book an appointment, we can arrange this.  I will then email you to confirm all the details.

It is important that you feel you can connect with your counsellor. Our first session is an opportunity for you to paint me a picture and provide a timeline of events and how these are impacting your life. 

 

In the following sessions we can start to establish how we can work together to help equip you with the tools needed to better understand what you're experiencing, and to develop changes for a better outcome to your emotional wellbeing.
